Refund policy
At AnyageShopping.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds and exchanges under the conditions below.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Refunds are not available for digital products, gift cards, or personalized items.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team at anyageshopping@gmail.com with your order details.
- Customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue with the product. This is required for processing returns and refunds.
- Ship the item to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If any item is missing from your order, we will either deliver the missing item or refund the cost of that item.
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Exchange
- We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, contact us at anyageshopping@gmail.com.
- An unboxing video is also required for exchanges.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If your refund hasn’t been credited after the stated processing time, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
